Incredibly practical for families or large groups, this holiday home provides seven bedrooms situated across two floors. With five bathrooms and a kitchen plus two kitchenettes, there’s plenty of room for everybody to feel refreshed and rejuvenated on their stay!
Upstairs you’ll find a spacious and comfortable open-plan living area. With a Smart TV, heat pump and fans, this is the perfect spot to gather and unwind after a busy day of adventuring. Step out onto the balcony and take in the snow-capped peaks and sea breeze!
With plenty of off-street parking, this accommodation is ideal for families travelling across the country to reconnect! An external laundry is an added bonus.
Situated on the northern side of town, you’re in a handy location. New World supermarket is just a 1-minute drive down the road, perfect for stocking up on supplies. Meanwhile, Kaikōura town centre is just a 3-minute drive away, boasting cafes, restaurants and shopping!

Special conditions
All guests should take caution on the deck as the barrier is below 1 metre.
Please note children should be supervised at all times while outside as there is unfenced access to the main road.
This is a low-alcohol property so feel free to enjoy a drink or two but please do not book if you intend to consume alcohol in quantity. Strictly no parties.
There is another dwelling on site which may be occupied during your stay.
Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. We will contact you if this is required for your booking.
